Customer Service Representative /

HVAC Dispatcher Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls. Schedule service appointments. Dispatch technicians efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service. Handle basic office tasks and data entry. Communicate clearly with customers and team members. Help create a positive experience for every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For:

Strong phone and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-player mindset. Basic computer knowledge. Customer service experience preferred. HVAC or dispatch experience is a plus, but not required.
