Now hiring customer service operator/member reservations Call Center Operator - ON-SITE, NOT REMOTE Call Center Representatives complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company's positive reputation.

Job Description to include:

Take member calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns regarding dining reservations and food & beverage events. Direct applicable member situations/needs offering member assistance and support Call members and customers to confirm reservations and upcoming member island events Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
