Our Estrella Insurance Office is looking for committed and willing employees to grow our franchise. We are hiring for a full-time, administrative position to support all agency operations. Great communication skills, professionalism, organization and dependability are essential skills/quialities. Candidate would be asked to receive and direct incoming calls and assist in servicing insurance customer inquiries and sales. Additionally, this person would be responsible for serving customers in a friendly & efficient manner, growing new customer relationships, and providing extraordinary customer service.
Must-Haves:
English and Spanish (Required). Dependable work history. Some Sales, retail, or professional experience. Friendly and helpful attitude over the phone. Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance needs and guiding them through the selection of appropriate coverage options. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies. Engage in proactive sales administration, including maintaining accurate records and documentation. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. Market various insurance products to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance. Assist clients with benefits administration, ensuring they understand their coverage options. Skills Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients. Proficient in telemarketing strategies to enhance outreach efforts. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with benefits administration processes and regulations is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts.
