$20 per hour plus performance bonus | Annual range $50,000 to $60,000 Worxweb Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Intake Agent for a moving and logistics company in Boynton Beach, FL. This is a phone-based, script-guided intake role focused on gathering customer information, managing inquiries, and logging data accurately into the CRM. No prior moving or logistics experience is required. Strong phone presence and the ability to follow a structured process are what matter most. This is not a high-pressure sales position. It is a customer-facing intake and service role for someone who communicates clearly, works well within a defined workflow, and takes pride in accurate documentation and professional customer interactions. What you will be doing You will handle inbound phone calls from customers inquiring about moving services, follow a defined script to collect the necessary information, complete intake checklists and forms accurately, log all interactions and customer data into the CRM in real time, and route or escalate calls as needed. You will maintain a professional and clear phone presence throughout every interaction and meet individual accuracy and productivity benchmarks. What we are looking for
Must-haves:
Clear, professional phone voice with strong verbal communication and tonality Ability to follow a script, complete structured forms, and work within a defined intake workflow Basic computer proficiency with a typing speed of approximately 30 words per minute or better Reliable and able to work onsite in Boynton Beach, FL Monday through Friday Nice to have: One to two years of call center, customer service, or phone-based intake experience Familiarity with CRM software for logging customer data and interactions Background in a service industry, logistics, or high-volume phone environment Compensation $20 per hour Performance bonus based on accuracy and productivity metrics Annual range: $50,000 to $60,000 based on hours and performance Why this role $20 per hour starting rate, above market for this role type in Palm Beach County No prior moving or industry experience required Script-based workflow with clear structure and defined responsibilities Performance bonus available for agents who consistently meet accuracy and productivity benchmarks Consistent Monday to Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends How to apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
