We have an immediate opening for a DOT Client Services Assistant for our
ISO 27001
Certified company in Bradenton, FL. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8 am - 4pm. We are seeking a candidate with knowledge and experience in DOT drug & alcohol testing compliance.
Who We Are:
We at Evolution Consulting & OIG Compliance NOW are a private, ISO 27001 Certified third-party administrator that provides comprehensive monthly sanction screening and investigation services. Our investigators identify and validate excluded individuals/entities working in organizations that receive federal healthcare program money. We search individuals that work for companies that commit certain types of crimes, such as patient abuse and healthcare fraud, that are excluded from receiving healthcare program money. Our teams of criminal investigators conduct background check screening services for healthcare, educational, and government facilities, inclusive of employees, affiliated personnel, and vendors/contractors. We also provide nationwide applicant medical services and drug testing that are a perquisite for hiring.

Evolution Consulting, LLC 4730 State Road 64 A-2 Bradenton, Florida 34208 The DOT Client Services Assistant position will: Schedule drug tests/immunizations/physical exams for all clients that require this service. Ability to navigate Red Arrow for drug screen results. Notify client of any missed drug screens via LabCorp expired registration emails. Update status of each candidates specimen in a timely manner. Download and save all medical test and drug test results to the appropriate clients customer portal. Email results to candidates if required by client rules. Contact Medical Review Officer regarding any outstanding specimens. Send candidates Contact Medical Review Officer emails as soon as received from MRO. Reschedule any DILUTE results or missed drug screen approval extensions. Answer any questions/concerns a candidate may have regarding their pre-employment medical screen. Contact escreen or the appropriate lab to check on the status of medical screen results. Contact candidates every 48 hours to ensure they received instructions to go to the clinic and complete services. Escalate non-responsive candidates to the client for further instructions. Follow all clients rules for expirations and canceling services. Assist Drug Testing Collectors with collections that need to be observed. Answer incoming phone calls by the third ring and route the caller to the right department. Phone, computer and grammar skills are a must. Quality candidates will be able to problem solve, multi-task, communicate professionally and deliver excellent customer service. There is potential for growth opportunities, leadership positions and management. There will be reviews at 30, 60, and 90 working days, with potential for more compensation. Compensation starts at $19 an hour. We also pay incentives for each medical service that you schedule and complete. You could make at least $ 50 a week in incentives.
