As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you get trained from day one on how to connect with our customers. You'll practice sales under supervision, then step out on your own once you have the sales rhythm down. The Entry Level Customer Representative explains AT&T internet and data plans in plain terms and turns interest into signed sales. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Representative Meet customers and help them understand how AT&T services can improve their daily connectivity and overall experience. Identify customer needs quickly and present AT&T plans in simple, relatable terms that support confident decision‑making. Act as a dependable contact by offering helpful guidance, resolving concerns, and supporting smooth transitions into new services. Maintain strong performance by staying focused on AT&T customer metrics and adapting communication to each customer. Combine service and sales by turning customer conversations into opportunities to introduce AT&T's most relevant solutions. Reinforce AT&T's reputation by delivering respectful, solution‑focused sales interactions that build trust and long‑term satisfaction. Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in customer service or sales is a plus; no prior experience needed.
