Job Description
We have an immediate opening to join our team! We are looking for outgoing, friendly employees who are excited to work at our beautiful plant nursery. As our Team Member, you will be responsible for the following: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Creating an unforgettable experience, by guiding and advising guests on our products or services Remain knowledgeable on products offered and provide customers with advice and guidance on our products and services Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner at all times Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, ensuring a seamless checkout experience Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Cash handling experience preferred Excellent communication skills Must be dependable and have reliable transportation Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction Ability to effectively communicate and appropriately respond to inquiries in person and over the phone Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company.
