This role involves assisting clients with policy service, billing questions, endorsements, and general support. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist policyholders Handle policy changes, endorsements, and basic service requests Support agents with quoting and customer follow-ups Process payments and assist with billing inquiries Maintain accurate client records in the system (AMS/CRM) Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Organized and able to multitask Insurance experience preferred but not required (training provided) 4-40 license is a plus but not required
