We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Online Fulfillment & Inventory Assistant to join our team in Celebration, Florida. This role is essential to ensuring customer orders are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently Inspect products and orders to ensure quality and accuracy before shipment Receive incoming merchandise and restock inventory Maintain an organized inventory and fulfillment workspace Prepare bulk orders and event-related merchandise shipments Work closely with the team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on schedule Assist with on-site merchandising or event fulfillment when needed A Typical Day Might Include Preparing and packaging customer orders Printing shipping labels and organizing outgoing shipments Receiving and sorting new merchandise deliveries Restocking inventory shelves and organizing storage areas Helping the team prepare merchandise for upcoming events or large orders What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organization skills Reliable and able to work well in a team environment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Willingness to assist with occasional overtime or event support Preferred (Not Required) Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory roles Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment Why Work With Us Team-oriented work environment Hands-on role with variety in daily tasks Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing merchandise production company Work with a company that produces merchandise for major events, schools, and organizations Apply today to join the Campus Customs team and help deliver high-quality merchandise to customers across the country.
