YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE ON THE PHONE!

You will be making lots of outbound calls and scheduling appointments for our plumbers, as well as selling jobs to homeowners and contractors.

Sales Oriented:

You will be responsible for following up on estimates to close them and get the deposits collected. You must be able to skillfully handle client objections and other logistical reasons they can't pay right away, and help solve problems to get jobs paid and scheduled quickly.

Highly motivated:

You are an upbeat, energetic, and motivated individual who will contribute to the productivity and success of the plumbing team.

Extremely Organized & Focused:

You can keep track of calls, emails, schedules, sales, and other admin without missing a beat.

Quick Thinker:

You can switch gears quickly depending on call volume and handle all types of callers with ease.

Tech-Savvy:

You're comfortable using software to log calls and schedule appointments.

Team Player:

You enjoy working with others and contribute to creating a positive, collaborative office atmosphere.

Monday - Friday, Full time.
