Job Description
Customer service representative for the service department Attending to HVAC customer service calls for part needs and invoicing. Assistant to service manager for service quotes and projects. Communicating with service technicians. Document and update customer records. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Multi tasking. Assist in close out for permitting paperwork and working with construction documents. Working in fast pace Air Conditioning company. Extensive training for the HVAC industry will be provided. This includes industry classes, vocational school and weekly onsite training programs. Core job opportunities will be expanded at reviews and position elevations as the company grows.
