Customer Outreach Representative - Field Based Company Vehicle Provided | Full Benefits A growing team is seeking outgoing and dependable individuals for a field-based Customer Outreach Representative role. This is a customer-facing opportunity focused on working directly with homeowners and residents throughout the community to provide information regarding upcoming utility and infrastructure projects. This role involves traveling throughout an assigned territory in a company-provided vehicle, conducting in-person visits, answering questions, and helping create a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Visit homeowners and residents within assigned service areas Provide updates and information regarding upcoming projects Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records Drive throughout the territory daily using a company-provided vehicle Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently in a field environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Customer service experience preferred but not required Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service, or community outreach highly encouraged Recent graduates encouraged to apply What's Offered Pay up to $24/hour depending on experience and education Medical benefits, PTO, and holiday pay Non-commission-based position Company vehicle and gas card provided Overtime opportunities available Stable full-time opportunity with growth potential
