Full Job Description Position:
Customer Support Representative Work with homeowners to schedule appointments for roofing and window projects. This is a career opportunity for a motivated, outgoing phone professional who enjoys connecting with people.
Responsibilities:
Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement needs. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for window and roofing
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of call center experience Exceptional client and database management skills-ability to develop and schedule appointments and manage lead database Amazing Phone Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible availability to work various shifts during the week including some weekends
