Efficiently route plumbers to service locations, ensuring timely arrival. Serve as a backup to the customer service representative, maintaining high service standards. Prioritize service calls based on urgency and importance (emergency vs non-emergency). Communicate with plumbers in real-time to ensure resolutions are achieved. Administer proposals and quotes promptly (within 24 hours). Track plumbers' progress to ensure timely completion of each appointment. Manage plumber schedules, including the on-call rotation. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Provide accurate information about services offered and assist customers with booking appointments. Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist technicians with estimates Follow up with residential and corporate clients with updates on services rendered Assist with data entry tasks as needed to support operational efficiency. Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service environment Preferred experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software Prior work experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or appliance service industry Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with dispatching procedures and technician routing Experience handling high call volumes Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Creative, innovative, and a team player.
