Candidates must speak both English and Spanish fluently .
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service Process payments and update customer information Support the office with daily administrative tasks Help maintain strong relationships with clients
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
