Position Overview The Customer Service Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with passport and visa processing. The ideal candidate will provide professional customer support while ensuring applications and supporting documents are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently Assist clients with U.S. passport applications and visa processing Guide customers through document requirements and application procedures Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized client records and follow company compliance procedures Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely service delivery Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire process Required Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional phone etiquette High attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency (email, document handling, and data entry) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Customer-service mindset with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
