Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. This role combines high-level customer support with key administrative and legal assistant responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to client satisfaction and legal case management. You will serve as a vital liaison between the company and our valued clients, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service via phone and written communication Manage and maintain client accounts with precision and professionalism Resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently and accurately Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case information Assist in legal case preparation by conducting research and compiling documents Draft, analyze, and organize legal documents and correspondence Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to support case development and management Maintain and update client records in internal systems Qualifications Ideally 2+ years' experience as a legal assistant, or customer service representative in a law office or compliance-heavy industry (e.g., insurance, collections, healthcare, etc.) Ideally holds an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, legal studies, or a related field Computer savvy with comfort in working with case management software or CRM tools Typing speed: Minimum 35 words per minute Fluent in Spanish preferred (not required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone and at a desk Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Excellent organizational and multitasking skillsJob Type:
