We provide on the job training! The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller's office is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on variety and excels at time management to join our South County team as a Customer Service Clerk in the Violations Bureau. As part of the Violations Bureau, you will assist customers from all walks of life with processing citations filed throughout Palm Beach County. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in traffic citations, driver's license reinstatements, misdemeanor cases, county ordinances, and more. It's an excellent fit for someone who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position is eligible for a one dollar per hour stipend which has already been added to the salary advertised. The one dollar per hour stipend will be awarded upon completion of the introductory period . The stipend will no longer apply should the employee transfer out of this position. Typical Qualifications High school diploma (or GED) supplemented by five (5) years of recent and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to accurately apply acute attention to detail in maintenance of detailed data preferably in an automated systems environment; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
