Doral, FL Pay rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Onsite Position) 11:30am-8pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9:30am-6pm
Requirements:
Bilingual — English & Spanish
REQUIRED
Healthcare experience
REQUIRED

Overview Join our dynamic Member Experience Team as a Bilingual Member Services Representative, where your energy and communication skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our members. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members seeking assistance, providing exceptional customer service while navigating complex inquiries with professionalism and care. Your bilingual abilities will help bridge language gaps, ensuring all members receive clear, respectful, and efficient support. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from members in both English and Spanish, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Assist members with account management, including updating personal information and processing requests using computer systems. Explain medical terminology and benefits clearly to ensure members understand their services and options. Document member interactions thoroughly through data entry, maintaining accurate records of all communications. Provide guidance on medical office procedures, appointment scheduling, and referral processes when needed. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and effective communication skills to foster positive member experiences. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently and professionally. Skills Fluency in English and Spanish; strong bilingual communication skills are essential. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures is highly desirable. Experience in a Medicare Advantage Plan, at least one year preferred. Proficient computer skills with experience in data entry and navigating multiple software platforms. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse inquiries with patience and empathy. Strong phone etiquette combined with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus. Analytical skills to assess member needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
