The Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plant City, FL. This isn't just a desk job—you will be the primary point of contact for our customers while staying hands-on with our product inventory and logistics. Must be comfortable with a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Omnichannel Support:
Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, eBay Messaging, and lives chat platform.
Order Management:
Process returns, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. Pay close attention to details.
Warehouse Duties:
Perform tasks such as preparing shipping boxes to ensure orders go out on time. Understand that we have deadlines and doing other shop duties may be necessary.
Relationship Management:
Document and track all client interactions.
Continuous Improvement:
Attend team meetings and training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and refine service strategies.
Professional demeanor:
Provide proactive customer services that are thoughtful, empathetic, courteous, and professional.
What We're Looking For Communication:
Personable and professional verbal/written skills. Previous call center or higher volume of customer interaction is preferred.
Adaptability:
A "quick study" who can retain technical product knowledge and remain coachable in a fast-paced environment. Do not be afraid to go above and beyond.
Reliability:
Strong attendance is critical. We operate as a tight-knit team where every member counts.
Bilingual:
Fluency in English and Spanish. Industry Knowledge (Plus): Previous HVAC or warehouse experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person. Knowledge or be able to understand: The 5
