Job Description

Responsibilities Seamlessly filling orders with accuracy using Excel and other Sage Business Works Software (will train) 70-85% Print & Process orders from an online portal Processing Inventory, Back Orders and more Phone Orders Customer Service Other assignments as needed Requirements 3 years Experience Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) Adaptable and quick to learn new processes Has a " whatever it takes " attitude Self-directed and flexible, enjoys working in a fast-pace challenging environment Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once, all while ensuring accuracy of orders Full-time - Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm No Health Insurance is offered, 401k is offered after 1 year
