This position is a combination of Parts Counter Sales and Service Advisor responsibilities. If you have powersports, automotive, or mechanical experience and enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

PM Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the parts counter Help technicians locate and order parts for repairs Write up service customers dropping off units Answer incoming phone calls for parts and service Contact customers when units are completed Assist customers with parts and accessory sales Maintain a positive and professional customer experience Work closely with the service and parts departments as a team

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Energetic and dependable attitude Basic mechanical or powersports knowledge preferred Computer skills and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Powersports, automotive, or dealership experience is a plus
