$60,000 - $95,000 BASE + COMP + BENEFITS Boutique Independent Insurance Agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager for a full-time, in-office position in Tampa. This is not an entry-level role . We are looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, organized, and confident communicating with business owners and carriers. The right person understands commercial insurance, takes ownership of their accounts, and wants to build a long-term career with a strong, professional team. Advancement opportunities within the Department and Agency.

Responsibilities include:

Managing commercial accounts from A-Z Renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client service Communicating with carriers and business clients Rounding accounts when opportunities arise

Requirements:

Active Florida P&C insurance license Commercial insurance experience
