Job Description

We are a distributor of fresh vegetables, committed to consistently delivering high-quality produce to our customers. With a strong focus on customer and supplier satisfaction, we strive to have an efficient operation with excellent service. In an industry that can be fast paced at times, we take particular care to make sure that all of our transactions are always accurate. We are currently modernizing every aspect of our operation because we strongly believe that the current technological advances will allow us to run our business effectively with a small cohesive group of dedicated individuals. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to build a career with us and will contribute to the experience of this journey. This is an entry-level position but you will have the chance to quickly apply your abilities to in this position and get a raise in as little as three months, which we believe is a fair amount of time to understand the core aspects of our operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Book and confirm trucks for customers' orders. Coordinate between office and warehouse to manage warehouse work orders. Manage orders from walk-up customers. Process purchase receipts paperwork. Prioritizing and addressing urgent tasks while effectively managing routine duties. Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in using MS Office suite. Basic knowledge of inventory management. Comfortable learning how to use an ERP system. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
