Job Description

Do you enjoy helping others, have a compassionate and caring personality, and are proficient with data-entry and (simple) accounting functions? SafePassage Pet & Equine Cremation assists pet parents who have lost a beloved pet, and the Client Services Assistant is an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking, has a comforting voice, and is very organized. Job Responsibilities Communicate directly with pet parents to coordinate at home pickups/deliveries Entry/verification of information by our user-friendly care management software Contact clients to express condolences and to verify their Keepsake orders Monitor/facilitate all keepsake orders Communicate directly with veterinary offices: provide compassionate and efficient customer care. Assist with monthly invoicing and AR from clients Support sales team with organization of client lists, office visit scheduling,, and outreach calls to existing Vet hospital clients Interacting with customers and providing the highest standard of service Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
Work Hours:
Full-Time:
A minimum of 32 -35 hours a week (including some weekends
Part-Time:
A maximum of 30 hours a week (including weekends)
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent customer service skills Skilled in analyzing information Ability to multitask on a team and alone Ability to manage processes successfully Ability to mitigate customer complaints independently Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. All potential employees are subject to a background check and drug screening.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
