Duties Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Assist customers by providing accurate information about products, services, and account details, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Conduct data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records accurately using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems. Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services to enhance client satisfaction. Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring transactions are processed securely and accurately. Analyze customer feedback and call patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service delivery. Maintain detailed documentation of interactions through call logs, incident reports, and client records to ensure seamless follow-up. Qualifications Proven experience in a call center environment or customer support role is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate clearly, and adapt messaging for different audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data entry, and general computer skills required for daily tasks. Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales-oriented roles is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette, analysis skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
