Work Setting:

100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in communication development (5+ years);
• Experience translating complex, technical business inputs into clear, audience‑specific communication materials;
• Experience managing multi‑stakeholder review cycles while maintaining message consistency across channels;
• Experience using communication metrics to refine strategies and improve future deliverables;
• Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or corporate enterprise environments;
• Four-year college degree.

Responsibilities :

• Lead end ‑ to ‑ end development of communication materials, from initial concept through final delivery;
• Manage planning, creation, review, and distribution of internal and external communications;
• Collaborate with cross ‑ functional teams to gather information and translate business objectives into clear messaging;
• Coordinate communication campaigns and initiatives supporting company programs, projects, and announcements;
• Ensure all communications meet brand, messaging, and regulatory requirements while maintaining clarity and quality;
• Oversee project timelines to deliver accurate, on ‑ schedule communication materials;
• Track, analyze, and report communication metrics while recommending process improvements for greater effectiveness. Why apply?
