Job Description
We are a fast-growing dog grooming e-commerce supply distribution company looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service and Call Center Representative (Spanish/English) to support our customers and provide an exceptional in-person experience. This is an on-site, customer-facing position based in Jupiter, FL . PetStore.

Accountabilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in our Jupiter showroom Guide customers through product selection and answer questions in BOTH English and Spanish Process orders and returns in our internal system Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person Resolve issues with care, professionalism, and a sense of urgency Help merchandise and keep the showroom clean and organized Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure customer satisfactionRequirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in customer service and call center preferred Comfortable using computers, email, and point-of-sale systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to stand and assist customers for extended periods Must be legally authorized to work in theUS Compensation:
