We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position offers a work environment, combining in-office support.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and return incoming client calls promptly and professionally Schedule and coordinate home inspection appointments Respond to client emails and general inquiries Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners Maintain accurate schedules, records, and client information Assist with daily administrative and communication tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent multitasking, organization, and time-management abilities Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment High school diploma required Scheduling or office coordination experience is a plus

Typing Requirement:

This role requires strong typing skills using proper finger placement. Candidates must be able to type quickly and accurately while speaking with clients and entering detailed notes in real time.
