Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while utilizing your communication skills and knowledge of medical terminology. Duties Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries related to products or services. Provide accurate information regarding medical terminology and processes as needed. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems. Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a professional interaction with each caller. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with call center software. Customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality support. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus. Excellent analysis skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions. Previous experience in a call center environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
