Job Description

Keys Federal Credit Union has an employment opportunity for a full-time Member Support Service Representative in our Call Center. Work schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. The Member Support Service Representative assists members and potential members with their telephone and online requests; explains services, offers and recommends CU products and services; responds to and researches member questions, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area. Offers exceptional service to members by meeting or exceeding our service guidelines. A Day in the
Life:
Provide a positive experience to our members and potential members over the phone, via email and secured messages. Help our members with account questions, online banking issues, and credit card disputes. Provide members and potential members with product and service information in a helpful efficient manner. Build and retain member relationships through service quality and member needs satisfaction. Promote the Credit Union's products and satisfy members' financial needs through suggesting additional credit union services. Manage daily wire transfer activities. Act as membership officer, QC, review, and approve membership applications Assist other departments with member related adjustments Why join our team?!
