Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is to give accurate information and guide guests to the Conch Tour Train and Old Town Trolley Tours of Key West. The guest's first impression should be that we are professionals and our Company has integrity, is safe, and is fun.

Requirements:
Essential Functions When assigned to work at the Pier B workstation, you are to drive sales, hand our brochures, and direct customers to our ticket booths, and be able to travers 6 to 8 blocks along Old Town streets while guiding groups of cruise ship customers safely to our tours. When assigned to work at the umbrella workstation, you are to drive sales, hand out brochures, and direct customers to our ticket booths. When assigned to the Front Street ticket booth, you assist the sales representative and direct customers to our vehicles. Be knowledgeable of our products and pricing. Know the most popular things to do at each stop. Provide local tourism-related information with accuracy. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as a team within the scope of established rules and regulations. Ability to deal with unpleasant, angry, or discourteous people in a pleasant, calm, and courteous manner. Ability to read, write, and speak clear English in order to communicate with co-workers and the general public. Ability to learn new duties, policies, and procedures and adjust to new situation encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time. Ability to work with money, credit cards, and cash receipts. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent preferred Prior customer service experience preferred Outgoing and enjoy working with the public Other Requirements Must pass pre-employment, background check and substance abuse testing.
