We cater to giving our customers a friendly, professional experience while helping them find the perfect pair of shades. At 96 Shades all of our team members stay up to date on product knowledge and fashion trends to ensure the best customer experience in a clean, comfortable atmosphere.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sunglass Specialist to join our team at 96 Shades in Key West. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and interpersonal skills, be proficient in English, punctual, driven, and be 18 years or older . Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, but not required. This position is part-time; approximately 2 days per week plus fill ins.

Pay :

Starts at $18 an hour plus 3% commission on all sales.

Responsibilities :

Actively engage customers on the sales floor Help maintain a clean store Assist with inventory when needed Provide exceptional customer service to all client Assist customers with inquiries and picking out a perfect pair for them Demonstrate proficiency in basic math for transactions Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks efficiently Process sales on POS / cash handling
