Overview Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative and become the vital link between clients and their insurance needs! Responsibilities Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to answer questions about policies, claims, and coverage options Assist customers in navigating their insurance policies, providing detailed explanations and solutions Process data entry tasks accurately, including updating client information and policy details in our systems Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on policy renewals or solicit new business opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions Support clients with billing inquiries, cash handling, and payment processing as needed Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues through analysis skills and effective problem-solving Experience Previous call center experience or customer support roles within the insurance or financial services industry is preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tools Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in outbound calling or client outreach is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism Familiarity with customer service best practices, including call etiquette and active listening techniques Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide accurate information while maintaining a positive attitude Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding client services!
