The client service associate plays a critical role in onboarding and servicing our clients in a professional, timely and detailed manner. In addition, it plays a key role in overall firm operations and client service needs. What we look for in a candidate: Mature, positive, friendly personality Willingness to help others Empathy A desire to learn and grow Excellent organizational skills: ability to multi-task and manage time well Ability to handle stress with calm demeanor, especially when enlisting the cooperation of other personnel Knows that the details matter What to expect in the role: Support investment service activities for various account types (managed accounts, brokerage, direct mutual fund, annuities, etc.) Account opening and money movement Manage periodic investment plans including processing and confirming completion Process account transfers, distribution requests, new contributions and redemptions Coordination with clients for data collection and status updates
Application Processing:
Review, process, and manage life and disability insurance applications from initial submission to final approval.
Client Support:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, assisting with application completion, and providing status updates.
Communication:
Liaise with underwriters, medical professionals, and other internal departments to facilitate the application process. Maintaining compliance in alignment with MassMutual, Agency, and Firm standards as well as financial regulations and standards. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional requirements:
Bachelor's degree Experience in MS Office365 and CRM software At least 1 year experience in wealth management or financial services industry Nice to
Have:
Series 6 or 7 Experience with Envestnet and/or Wealthscape/NFS as well as financial planning software (ie. eMoney)
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
