We are looking to add an employee to our Customer Service/ Collections department.
Job Description:
- Contact delinquent customers by mail, telephone or other approved methods i in order to solicit payments.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the company.
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Qualifications:
- At least one year similar or related experience preferred.
- Would be willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize numerous tasks with great attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess good decision-making skills and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual a plus.
