This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating face-to-face, and developing professional skills in a fast-moving environment. You will work directly with customers to provide information about Frontier services, assist with questions, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish. Entry-Level Customer Service Representative:
As a Customer Service Representative, clearly communicate Frontier service options and promotions to customers. Provide friendly and professional customer support in every interaction, embodying the role of a trusted Customer Service Representative. Assist customers with questions, account information, and service details while representing Frontier as a knowledgeable Customer Service Representative. Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring each Customer Service Representative leaves a lasting impression of care and reliability. Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency, demonstrating the problem-solving skills expected of every Customer Service Representative. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate information to support team-wide success. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals, contributing to a unified service experience. Entry-Level Customer Service Representative:
High school diploma or GED required; additional education, certifications, or training are a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative, team-oriented workplace Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills Basic computer proficiency, data entry skills, and comfort learning new systems and applications Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required; a professional, reliable, and motivated mindset is essential to join a fast-growing team where your communication skills, ambition, and customer-focused mindset can lead to real career growth opportunities.
Pay:
$2,500.00 - $4,400.00 per month
