Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, or in person Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions with a positive attitude Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office, Google and other computer literacy tools Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document organization Support office management functions by handling phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies Requirements Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles within an office environment Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting Experience with multi-line/high volume phone systems and front desk operations is essential Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing, calendar management, and clerical support Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasksJoin us to become an integral part of a supportive team that values your contributions!
