This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from the public regarding election-related inquiries Assist voters with updating voter registration records Support voters with changing party affiliation, as permitted Provide information on how and where to register to vote Inform voters of polling locations for early voting and Election Day Respond to basic questions about voting procedures and requirements Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor at all times Manage high-pressure situations and adapt to rapidly changing priorities Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour Hours:
Monday-Friday, hours of business are 7am to 7pm, flexible schedule 10 hour days Could roll into weekends Must be willing to work overtime with little to no notice Pre-Employment Requirements:
