Election Call Center Operator -
Full-Time Pay:
$19.00/hour
Location:
In Person - Pinellas County, FL (Not Remote) Seasonal Assignment Ending November 2026 Start in June! We are currently hiring Full-Time Election Call Center Operators to support the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections during the 2026 Election cycle. We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong computer skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn new information quickly. Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required. This position works within a highly structured and detail-oriented environment where accuracy, professionalism, reliability, and adherence to established procedures are essential to supporting the election process successfully. Position Responsibilities Provide accurate information and assistance to voters Process Mail-In Ballot requests Handle precinct inquiries and election-related questions Update voter records and perform data entry Assist with administrative and office support duties Deliver professional customer service via telephone Follow established procedures and maintain accuracy in a structured work environment Qualifications Strong computer and data entry skills required Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and retain new information quickly Comfortable working in a high-volume phone environment Able to work successfully in a structured, process-driven setting Customer service, receptionist, administrative, or call center experience preferred, but not required Training Paid training is provided. Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Availability on all Election Days is mandatory Job Type Temporary / Seasonal Full-Time Assignment Assignment expected to end in November 2026.
