Job Description
Our office is looking for an energetic and positive Licensed P&C Agent/CSR 2-20 or 4-40 Producer that will assist with Sales, Service, Rewrites, Client reviews, Assumption reviews and help us Service some current Auto, homes, flood, RV, Cycle, Boat, Umbrellas and much more to cross sell other lines. Our forward moving objective is to cross sell other items to our current client base to include auto, home, flood, cycle, RV, Boat and many other products we offer. Our main goal is overall long-term retention of our client base and to grow without jeopardizing our core values of great customer Service. We always strive to keep all our clients happy because without them we can't do what we do. We are in need and are looking for an Experienced Allstate LSP preferred but not required. We have a great service/ sales system that does all the heavy lifting for us and our inhouse management system is super easy to learn. We are looking for a Strong and Fast Agent/CSR that can help us also work our retention portion of the business, Billing issues, rewrites and overall reviews with our clients on a daily basis, helping them meet all their insurance needs is key. We have 1 new Positions Part Time or Full time depending on your needs. We are Looking to Pay based on Years of Experience and also based on Mutual agreement. 3 - 10 years of Homeowners Insurance experience, auto Insurance and flood Insurance Experience in Florida needed.
