Job Description

Job Overview Hampton's Auto Service is a Family owned and operated company, who believes in going the extra mile for our customers and community. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers at our auto repair shop. The Receptionist will manage phone calls, schedule appointments, assist customers with service inquiries, process payments, and support the daily operations of the shop. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule and confirm service appointments Create and maintain customer records and work orders Communicate service updates between customers and technicians Process invoices, payments, and receipts Handle basic office duties such as filing, emailing, and data entry Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with ordering office supplies as needed Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic customer concerns Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Schedule Monday - Friday 8-5 - No nights or weekends
