Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Client Services Associate to join our team. Whether you are passionate about working with customers, looking to learn sales skills, or be a part of a team enhancing technology, we want to hear from you! As a Client Services Associate, you will be involved in sales by identifying potential customers which will involve actively listening and presenting AT&T products and solutions. The Client Services Associate will also be able to close deals that meet customers needs and be well versed in understanding the different wireless and mobile options available. What We Offer to

Client Services Associate Responsibilities:
Connect with customers to effectively explain AT&T telecom solutions ranging from brand new Iphones and Androids, to monthly plans and benefits. Work with customers to actively listen to their needs, which will make managing their accounts and processing sales orders seamless. Process any new orders for customers while with them to answer any questions promptly. Engage in conversations with customers about their daily mobile and wireless usage so you can offer the best deal. Stay up to date on all services available in their area and new promotions. Work within a team environment to regularly develop new skills and leadership roles within our company.
Client Services Associate Qualifications:
Previously experience in a customer service, sales, account management, retail associate, or similar role. Ability to work within a team environment and individually. Time management skills to manage sales and orders promptly for customers. Ability to communicate with customers. Enjoys learning new skills and developing more knowledge to grow within the role. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Pay:
$3,900.00 - $4,600.00 per month
