We are looking for an energetic, people-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative who loves helping customers and enjoys a fast-paced environment! We are an authorized dealer working directly with AT&T and are currently hiring for a full-time, in-person Customer Service & Sales Representative position. This role focuses on residential customers and involves face-to-face interaction with prospective customers to discuss AT&T products and services. Responsibilities for the
Customer Service & Sales Representative:
Assist customers in-person with AT&T products, services, and account questions as a Customer Service & Sales Representative Build positive relationships by marketing AT&T products to new and existing customers Engage with customers through in-person sales interactions. As a seasoned Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be expected meet sales goals and market current AT&T product offers Handle customer concerns, directly, professionally and efficiently Maintain customer records and follow company guidelines Requirements for the
Customer Service & Sales Representative:
High school diploma or GED is preferred Strong communication and marketing skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and advance your career as a seasoned Customer Service & Sales Representative Ability to work with other Customer Service & Sales Representatives and in a team environment Sales, marketing or customer service experience is a plus, but not required If you're motivated, outgoing, and passionate about people we would love to hear from you. Pay:
$49,426.30 - $59,524.14 per year
