Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing shelves, restocking items, and ensuring the store looks inviting and well-stocked. Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to support smooth store operations. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support over the phone. Support team supervision by mentoring new staff or assisting with training when needed. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions. Prior supervising experience is a plus for guiding team members and maintaining a productive environment. Ability to perform retail math confidently for balancing registers and managing sales reports. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members in a bilingual environment if applicable. Experience in grocery stores or retail sales environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and basic math skills are essential for daily tasks.
