Dog grooming salon Doggie Daycare Boarding ```Duties:
```- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and text
- Answer incoming calls and schedule grooming, boarding and daycare appoints as necessary.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary ```
Qualifications:
```- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
