Position Summary:

Are you an outgoing, friendly person who answers the phone with a smile? If so, this could be the job for you! As the first person many of Brock Pest Control's future clients come in contact with, your role as a Customer Service Representative is a meaningful one. Your main responsibility would include answering the phone to provide professional, caring support for customers, prospects, and co-workers.

Functions and Duties:

Answer incoming calls, schedule services and assign inspections with warmth and integrity. Document all relevant communications in customer database. Listen to customers concerns and take ownership as appropriate to ensure they are happy. Involve supervisor and/or other co-workers as needed to address the needs of customers. Take responsibility for good communication between customers and service team. Determine opportunities for additional services and effectively sell to new and existing customers. Meet monthly sales goals. Attend and complete training and meetings as required. Supports accounts payable and receivable when requested. Performs various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

Outgoing and friendly personality with customer service knowledge including listening and analytical skills. Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary. Ability to make others feel important, as well as ability to learn new tasks quickly. Can effectively prioritize in dynamic, high pressure situations.
