ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of five focused on building a strong, high-performing environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Director of Sales for a bread company and was driven by the opportunity to own my own business and create better career opportunities for others. I'm a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Management, happily married with one child, and enjoy golf and college football. We stay involved in the community as a member and ambassador of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. For our team, we offer PTO, personal flex time, life insurance, personal and professional development opportunities, and a stocked office with snacks and coffee. ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative
  • State Farm Agent Team Member with Clinton Bruner
  • State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.
Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
