What You'll Do As a Service Writer / Appointment Setter, you will serve as the connection between customers, technicians, and operations teams. Your primary responsibility is to create a positive customer experience while maximizing service opportunities and revenue. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Schedule and confirm service appointments Build strong customer relationships and identify service needs Present solutions and recommendations to customers Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities Generate additional revenue through upselling and service conversions Meet and exceed individual performance goals and metrics Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey CompensationFull-Time Opportunities Up to 40 hours per week Base pay plus performance-based commissions Uncapped earning potential Weekly performance tracking Advancement opportunities based on results Performance-Based Commission Structure Commission earnings are based on collected service revenue and performance metrics.
