Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Component Overhaul Services, Corp., you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and plays a vital part in our mission to deliver high-quality aviation repair services. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service. Assist clients with their needs regarding landing gear repairs and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Provide information about services, pricing, and repair timelines to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or service updates. Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional services based on client needs. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations in all customer communications. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably within the aviation industry. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with clients. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential. Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse clientele. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
