Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Component Overhaul Services, Corp., you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and plays a vital part in our mission to deliver high-quality aviation repair services. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service. Assist clients with their needs regarding landing gear repairs and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Provide information about services, pricing, and repair timelines to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or service updates. Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional services based on client needs. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations in all customer communications.
